" EXPERT'S TALK MEMORY ENHANCEMENT"

Workshop on “Memory enhancement “ for the students of grade 4,5 and 6 was organized to widen the restoring and recalling capacity . The workshop was conducted by Ms. Apoorva Gudi a well known and experienced counselor. The session started with simple breathing exercises and different techniques like memory exercises,mind mapping and mnemonic techniques . Different activities like identifying colours with their names ,drawing their imagination helped kids in understanding the concept more clearly .Students actively participated in the activities and enjoyed the workshop learning new skills. This workshop and activities were specially designed to help the learners enhance their thinking and remembering skills to further improve their short and long term memory and discover the brains amazing capabilities by learning the natural way of tapping into their mental powerhouse.
